The power supply consists of a flat cable which is fastened to a cable carrier in a C-rail. This cable carrier is then pulled along by the trolley.

The C-rail system for the power supply has already been installed. See Installing C-rails.

The cable of the power supply is pre-assembled with the cable carrier and connectors.

    Push the cable carrier with metal castors into the C-rail first.

    Then push the cable carrier with plastic castors into the C-rail in the correct order.

    Last of all, push the end terminal into the C-rail.

    Push the end terminal in until it reaches approx. 50 mm before the end of the C-rail.

    Screw the end terminal in place. 36 Nm.

On the trolley:

    Push the carrier shaft into the trolley.

Whether the outer drilled hole points up or down does not matter.

The carrier shaft can also be installed in drilled holes on which other add-on components (e.g. anti-collision device or HBF drive) have already been installed. In this case, remove the installed bolt and mount the attached component with the carrier shaft.

●   The carrier shaft is fixed on the trolley by a stud and cannot turn.

    Insert the SL safety clip.

    Hold the mounting plate on the outer side on the carrier shaft.

    Bolt on the mounting plate with the rib screws M6x45 and M8x45, washers and M6/M8 rib nuts.

    Hold the vertical square tube to the mounting plate.

    Screw on the vertical square tube with threaded brackets (2x) and rib nuts M8 (4x).

Do not yet screw the parts tight (so that the position can still be altered later).

    Hold the horizontal square tube to the vertical square tube and screw together with a pipe clamp.
