The illustrations show replacement of the components on a drive of size 80. Replacement on larger or smaller drives is carried out in the same way.

Unscrew and remove screws
(4x).
Take off the fan cover.

Hexagon head screw |
Take the circlip off.
Pull the fan blade from the
motor shaft.

|
Unscrew and remove the hexagon
head screws (3x).
Take off the magnet body.
Unplug the plug-in connection on
the magnet body.

Friction disc |
|
Pull the brake rotor from the
hub.
Clean the entire brake with
compressed air.
If necessary:
If necessary or required, the friction disc can now be removed and a new one fitted.

Fillister-head screws |
Loosen the fillister-head screws
(3x).
Take the friction disc off.
Attach a new friction disc.
Tighten the fillister-head
screws (3x).

If necessary:
If necessary or required, the hub can now be removed and a new one fitted.

Remove the circlip.
Only with size 80/112: Take off
the distance rings (2x).
Pull off the hub.
● The feather key on the motor shaft is clamped to the motor shaft.
Slide the new hub over the
feather key onto the shaft.
Only with size 80/112: Slide
distance rings (2x) up.
Attach circlip.

Friction disc |

Push the new brake rotor onto
the hub.
Attach the magnet body and bolt
it on until hand-tight.
Adjust the brake. See Adjusting
the air gap at the brake on the drive with the helical gear unit.

Slide the fan blade onto the
motor shaft.
Slide the circlip onto the motor
shaft.

Attach fan cover.
Tighten screws (4x).
