The following sections show how the chain hoist is installed.

─     First, the suspension bracket of the chain hoist is prepared and the chain hoist is attached to the supporting structure. See Folding out the suspension bracket and attaching the chain hoist.

─     Then the connection cable is connected to the chain hoist. See Connecting the chain hoist.

─     Then the chain box is installed. See Installing the chain box.

─     If the chain is not adequately lubricated, it must be relubricated. See Lubricating the chain.
