On all crane girder suspensions:

    Check above the clamping joint: The lower groove in the tensioning nut (underneath the circlip) must not be able to be seen.

    If the groove can be seen, replace the bearing disc in the clamping joint. See Replacing the bearing disc in the clamping joint.
