Inspecting the cable guide

Only with wire rope hoist with hoist drive GM 800, GM 1000, GM 2000 and GM 3000

 

   Inspect the cable guide. The plastic parts must not be cracked, deformed or have abraded areas caused by the wire rope.

   Check the cable guide for ease of movement.

   Check the lubrication of the cable guide.

   If the cable guide is damaged: replace the cable guide. See Replacing wire rope with reeving 2/1, 4/1 or 6/1.

   Inspect the cable guide. The plastic parts must not be cracked, deformed or have abraded areas caused by the wire rope.

   Check the cable guide for ease of movement.

   Check the lubrication of the cable guide.

   Inspect the cable guide. The plastic parts must not be cracked, deformed or have abraded areas caused by the wire rope.

   Check the cable guide for ease of movement.

   Check the lubrication of the cable guide.

   If the cable guide is damaged: replace the cable guide. See Replacing wire rope with reeving 4/2 or 8/2.
