Standby

If no button is pressed on the transmitter within a certain time, the transmitter switches to “Standby” operating mode. This occurs both on a transmitter which is logged in and one which is logged out.

The ‘“Standby” operating mode allows the transmitter to save power and makes it safer if it has been put aside and forgotten.

The time which elapses before the transmitter changes to “Standby” can be set. See Setting standby.

To switch the transmitter back on:

*    Press the stop button.

*    Turn the stop button clockwise by a quarter rotation.

●   The transmitter switches on and logs into the receiver.

●   If the transmitter is protected by a PIN: The window “Enter PIN” appears on the display.

*    Enter the previously defined PIN for the desired protected function. See Entering the code or PIN.

*    Press ENTER.

●   The display shows “Release”.

*    Press the HORN flip switch and let it go.

●   The sound of the horn can be heard at the crane.
