─ An existing supporting structure (e.g. steel structure or building beam) serves as a crane track.
─ The supporting structure must be designed and constructed to withstand the expected loads. The relevant documentation (e.g. structural design documents, welding instructions, proof of suitability for welding) must be enclosed in the test log book of the HB crane installation.
─ An individual calculation created with the ABUS program ABUKonfis must be performed for every HB crane installation. All results of this calculation (e.g. position of profile connections, etc.) must be observed exactly during the installation. Any changes made to the HB crane installation will require this calculation be performed anew.
─ The HB crane installation may not be combined with crane components of other crane manufacturers.
─ For expansions or reconstruction, only ABUS components may be used.
