If the wheel is damaged or worn, it must be replaced with a new wheel.

Hold the wheel in the end carriage.
It does not matter which side faces inwards or outwards.
Insert the bolt and distance bush. If necessary, lightly hammer the
bolt and distance bush.

Attach the circlip and neatly lock
into place.
Turn the wheel. It must move easily.

Self-locking nut |
Plastic washer |
Slide the buffer plate onto the threaded bolt.
Mount the plastic washers (4x).
Tightly screw the self-locking nuts M10 (4x). 6 Nm.
The self-locking nuts may only be reused a maximum of 3 times. After this, new self-locking nuts must be used.

Rib screw M16x60 |
Bolt the lift-off prevention device and buffer plate to the mounting
plate with rib screws M16x60 (6x). 250 Nm.
Set the wire rope hoist down again.
Put the wire rope hoist into operation.
Check the function of the wheel.
