Note
Before the anti-slip guard is fitted, the trolley must be positioned
at the jib bracket buffer.
Load the trolley to load capacity and slew in all directions.

Anti-slip guard |
Position the anti-slip guard below the bracket.
Mark the drilling positions for the 4 dowels.

Drill the drilled holes according to the specifications on the drill
approval form; drilling diameter: 14 mm

Cleaning drilled holes 2x with a wire brush
Blow out the drilled holes 2x.
Clean thoroughly. All dirt and dust must now be completely removed from the hole.

Insert injection mortar into the drilled holes.

Insert the anchor rod into the drilled holes.

Anti-slip guard |
Secure the anchor rods with the tensioner sleeves in the anti-slip
guard.
Make sure when doing this that the anti-slip guard rests on the underside of the bracket with no play.
Allow the mortar to set.
Tighten the anchor rod with ball socket, spherical washer and
hexagonal nut. 40 Nm.
Screw lock nut on the anchor and tighten by hand.
