The jib crane VS is designed to move loads in a circular motion around the crane pillar and within the slewing range.

─     To do this, the jib crane is anchored to a foundation, the floor of the building or to the hall ceiling using a suitable pillar mounting mechanism.

─     The circular slewing range of the crane must be limited by electrical and/or mechanical means if necessary (e.g. if there are obstacles).

─     An individual calculation must be made for every jib crane, which is carried out by ABUS. The specifications on the crane drawing produced by ABUKonfis must be adhered to exactly when installing the crane. In the event of changes to the jib crane, this calculation must be made again.
