Installing the Micron receiver

Only with Micron radio remote control

This section only applies when the jib crane is controlled using a Micron radio remote control.

 

Square tube	Clamping claw

    Lay the horizontal square tube onto the jib arm so that the trolley power supply cable carrier does not collide with the receiver.

    Screw on the horizontal square tube with clamping claws. 23 Nm.

    Screw the square tube onto the jib arm using clamping claws (2x). 23 Nm.

 

 

HF/EF mounting	Mounting plate
Threaded bracket	Receiver

    Screw the HF/EF mounting onto the narrow side using rib screws M8x16 (2x) and rib nuts M8 onto the mounting plate. 23 Nm.

    Screw the threaded bracket (2x) onto the HF/EF mounting using rib nuts M8 (4x).

    Screw the receiver onto the mounting plates with vibration dampers. 23 Nm.

    Place the mounting plate with the receiver on the horizontal square tube, and screw it on. 23 Nm.

 

 

    Connect the connection cables in the receiver. See the wiring diagram.

    Lay the connection cable from the receiver along the square tube to the control.

    Fasten the connection cable with cable ties.
