Only with wire rope hoist with LIS-SE

This section only applies to a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SE. For a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SE, the rope socket is fastened to the fixed point crosshead with a bolt with cover.

 

Fixed point crosshead	Cover
	Rib screws

   Release the rib screws on the cover.

   Take the cover off the bolt.

	Rope socket with rope wedge and wire rope

   Pull the bolt out of the fixed point crosshead and the rope socket.

   Pull the rope socket with the rope wedge and wire rope out of the fixed point crosshead.

 

 

Only with wire rope hoist with LIS-SV or ABUControl

This section only applies to a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SV or ABUControl. For a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SV or ABUControl, the rope socket is fastened to the fixed point crosshead with a measurement bolt and a mount.

   Release the rib screw M6x20 on the mount.

   Pull the mount off the measurement bolt.

   Pull the measurement bolt out of the fixed point crosshead and the rope socket.

   Pull the rope socket with the rope wedge and wire rope out of the fixed point crosshead.

This section only applies to a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SE. For a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SE, the rope socket is fastened to the fixed point crosshead with a bolt with cover.

   Push the rope socket with rope wedge and wire rope into the fixed point crosshead.

   Push the bolt through the fixed point crosshead and the rope socket.

   Screw the cover tight with rib screws (2x) on the bolt.

This section only applies to a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SV or ABUControl. For a wire rope hoist with a load indicator system LIS-SV or ABUControl, the rope socket is fastened to the fixed point crosshead with a measurement bolt and a mount.

   Push the rope socket with rope wedge and wire rope into the fixed point crosshead.

   Push the measurement bolt through the fixed point crosshead and the rope socket.

The arrow on the measurement bolt must point downward!

   Check the mount for deformations.

If the mount is deformed, it must be replaced.

   Slide the mount onto the measurement bolt.

The mount must allow itself to be inserted into the groove of the measurement bolt without tension.

The measurement bolt should not have any pretension!

   Screw on the mount with the rib screw M6x20. 19 Nm.
