Check the lift-off prevention device for wear and damage.

If the lift-off prevention device is damaged, it must be replaced.

   Test the firm seating of the lift-off prevention device with a light hammer tap.

If the high-tensile bolts on the lift-off prevention device are loose, they must be tightened.
