Overload protection in tandem operation

When the hoists are lifting:

●   If one of the hoists is overloaded, both cranes make an intermediate stop (both cranes brake completely and come to a standstill).

●   The intermediate stop also affects the crane and the trolley: These also come to a standstill if they were being moved.

●   The green signal lamp for lift/lower goes off on the crane on which the emergency limit switch was overloaded.

*    Release the button for lift/lower completely.

*    Set down the load.

Only with optical anti-collision device

The optical anti-collision device also works in tandem operation. The collision of the two cranes with further cranes on the same crane track is prevented.

In tandem operation, the anti-collision device is switched off between the two cranes. This allows the both cranes to move even when they are very close together.
