The tandem control system in both cranes comprises the following components:

─     Power pack

─     Safety PLC

─     Radio remote control

─     Two light barriers (transmitter and receiver) for transmitting the release signal by means of light path

The components of the tandem control system are housed in the crane panel. Depending on the size of the crane panel, the components can be located in different places. The following photo can be used as a guide:

Power pack:

─     1: Terminal block output

─     2: Terminal block input

Safety PLC:

─     1: Main module of the safety PLC

─     2: Extension module with terminal blocks for input and output

Light barriers:

─     1: Light barrier for transmitting the release signal - transmitter

─     2: Light barrier for transmitting the release signal - receiver (can be recognised by the LED)

─     3: LED (only on the receiver)
