The serial number allows your ABUS product to be clearly identified and assigned.

To access the documentation on ABUS.help, you will also need the order number under which the crane was ordered. Access to the documentation on ABUS.help is only possible with the correct combination of order number and serial number. The serial number of the crane or the hoist(s) can be used as the serial number.

The order number begins with a 2-digit letter code, followed by the 8-digit order number beginning with 36xxxxxx and then the item number. Only the 8-digit order number is required to log in to ABUS.help.

The serial number begins with a three-digit product identifier, followed by the 6-digit serial number.

─     Overhead travelling crane: The order number and serial number are indicated on a sticker affixed to the main girder. The numbers are written in large letters so that they can be read from the ground.
