Danger from falling components! The wire rope hoist can fall and kill or injure people if it is not correctly attached and lifted. Attachment and loading should only be carried out by trained persons. |
Observe the following points, amongst others:
Lifting wire rope hoist with a crane

Use suitable lifting tackle with
load hooks.
Insert the load hooks in the
suspension eyelets on the transport supports on the wire rope hoist.
Observe the occupational health
and safety requirements and raise the wire rope hoist.
Setting down the wire rope hoist
Setting the wire rope hoist down
on the transport supports.
Do not damage the bottom block
when setting down.
