If the LIS is faulty, it must be replaced.
Note
When replacing the LIS, note and compare the operating voltage of the crane and LIS.
The LIS can be damaged by an incorrect operating voltage.
If the LIS is in standby mode:
Press Enter briefly.
● The operating hours are displayed.
In operating mode “Lift” or “Lower”:
Press “Lift” or “Lower”.
● The current value of the operating hours counter is shown on the display for 3 s.

De-energise the crane.
Detach the bush multipoint
connector from the pin multipoint connector of the LIS-SE.

rail.
Take the LIS-SE out of the hoist
panel.

Insert the new LIS-SE in the
hoist panel.
Push the LIS-SE onto the top-hat
rail until it clicks in place.

Insert the bush multipoint
connector on the pin multipoint connector of the LIS-SE.
Switch the crane on.
Only with load population
recorder:
Enter starting value under parameter P 6.1.
Transfer values from the
parameters P 2.1 and P 2.2 into the new LIS-SE.
If the values cannot be adopted,
a zero point adjustment must be performed. See Entering default settings.
Write the operating hours and
value of the load population recorder on the housing of the new LIS-SE.
