Laying the connection cable

Cable grip

   If necessary: fix the cable grips (2x) with rivets.

   Lay the connection cable from the connector housing along the cable grips to the other side of the trolley.

   Fasten the connection cable to the cable grips with cable ties.

 

 

   Lay the connection cable with all other connection cables (e.g. from the chain hoist) along the power carrier and fasten with cable ties.

The connection cables lead from the power carrier to the power supply. Depending on the crane, this is either a conductor system, an energy chain or a festoon cable system.
