On all end caps on the crane track and on the crane girder:

  Inspect end caps. They should not be broken or otherwise damaged.

  With festoon cable system: check cable slider on profile end. It must rest firmly in the end cap and should not slide.

  Check the M12x110 hexagon head screw in the end cap. It must be present and free of any heavy deformation.

  If the end cap, cable slider or hexagon head screw are damaged: replace the respective part.
