Ball bushing
On the HB10/HB11 cross bars:

Remove bolt and SL safety clip.
Inspect ball bushings.
The ball bushings may not be damaged and should rotate freely in all
directions.
If one of the ball bushings is damaged: remove the cross bar
HB10/HB11 and install a new cross bar HB10/HB11.
