|
Coupling |
Release the coupling far enough that the plate springs are completely
without tension.
Hold the HBF drive firmly and fold out the plate springs.
|
| |
|
|
HBF drive |
Tilt the HBF drive downward.

Rib screws M8x16 |
|
|
| |
Release the M8x16 rib screws (3x).

|
Friction wheel |
|
Remove the friction wheel from the HBF drive by taking it out from
the top.

Rib screws M8x16 |
Insert the new friction wheel and place it on the centring hub.
Screw on the friction wheel with the M8x16 rib screws (3x). 25 Nm
Close the cover.

Coupling |
Turn the coupling far enough so that the plate springs (including the
upper and lower discs) are the right length.
─ For connection of the HBF drive on the friction wheel side: H = 59 mm.
─ For connection of the HBF drive on the travel motor side: H = 49 mm.
Secure coupling with spring cotter.
● The friction wheel now presses hard enough against the HB profile rail.
