Now the crane tracked
will be aligned. The better the alignment of the crane track, the longer the
service life of the trolleys and the better the running characteristics of the
HB crane.

profile rail of size HB150S. The installation of larger or smaller HB
profile rails or aluminium HB profile rails does not differ significantly

Check the alignment of the crane track using a spirit level or
hydrostatic level.
The tolerance of the crane track must meet the following

Setting the
position of the crane track
Correcting the height:
Turn the tension nut to adjust the height.
The tension nut can be used to alter the height by maximally 20
mm (+/- 10 mm).
Adjusting the span:
To adjust the span, shift the
ceiling-mounted bracket 2LP/M16 or M20 to the left or the right in the elongated
holes.
Check all threaded rods.
The position of the threaded rods must meet the following
criteria:

Turn the tension nut to bring the profile link and profile head into
direct contact.
