Deflection roller |
Insert the load hook in the
bottom block.
Lubricate the deep groove ball
thrust bearing on the load hook.
Lubricant: “High-Lub LT1 EP”. For details, see Lubricants.
Insert the buffer.
Twist the chain straight and
place it around the deflection roller. The chain must not be allowed to twist
when it is placed on the deflection roller.
Insert the deflection roller and
bolt in the bottom block.
Lubricate the needle bush on the
deflection roller.

Lay the bottom block halves
flush against one another.
Tighten the fillister-head
screws (2x) with self-locking nuts.
