Danger from falling components! The wire rope hoist can fall and kill or injure people if it is not correctly attached and lifted. Attachment and loading should only be carried out by trained persons. |
Observe the following points, amongst others:
Lift wire rope hoist with a crane

Suspension eyelets |
Use suitable lifting tackle with
load hooks.
Hang at least three load hooks
in the suspension eyelets on the wire rope hoist.
Observe the occupational health
and safety requirements and raise the wire rope hoist.
Setting down the wire rope hoist
Place wooden slats on the floor
as protection.
Place the wire rope hoist onto
the wooden slats with the flange plate.
