Mounting bars can be installed on the wire rope hoist to which attached components (e.g. spacing buffers, cable drums, etc.) can be fastened.

The pictures show the procedure on a GM 1000 modular wire rope hoist. The procedure on GM 800 does not differ significantly from this.

   Bolt the threaded plates (2x) to the flange plate using rib screws M12x25 (4x). 85 Nm.

   Bolt the mounting bars (2x) to the threaded plates using rib screws M10x16 (4x). 75 Nm.

   Seal the mounting bars with caps (4x).
