Hold the assembly joint to the inner cross head beam.

    Turn the assembly joint so that the edge point is aligned to point toward the outer cross head beam.

    Bolt on the assembly joint with the M20x50 hexagon head screw so that it has about 2 mm of play.

Only for 350 mm end carriage:
Bolt on the assembly joint with M24x60 hexagon head screws with about 2 mm of play.

    Push the portal support to the main girder.

    Raise the portal support high enough that the diagonal braces are at about the same height as the assembly joint.

    Bolt the diagonal braces with counter plate and M20x150 hexagon head screws (4 on each) to the assembly joint. Approx. 400 Nm.

Only for 350 mm end carriage:
Bolt the diagonal braces with counter plate and M24x190 hexagon head screws (4 on each) to the assembly joint. Approx. 800 Nm.
