If a trolley is not running evenly or you hear rhythmic noises, it must be replaced.

    Remove the entire trolley and replace it with a new one.

Complete trolleys must always be replaced. The trolley wheels may not be removed and replaced by new wheels.

    Also remove the travel mechanism or travel mechanisms on the opposite side of the crane or trolley and install a new trolley or new trolleys.

This ensures the smooth running characteristics of the crane or trolley.

In addition, if there is wear on one of the travel mechanisms, it can be assumed that the opposite travel mechanism is similarly worn.
