These work steps apply instead of the chapter “Checking the travelling gear bolt” in the product manual “Push trolley HF / Electric trolley EF”.

    Secure the crane girder adequately e.g. using a corresponding lashing strap. The crane girder must be prevented from slipping and falling.

    Screw the side panel off.

    Remove the distance rings and bushes.

    Remove the eyebolt.

    Check the diameter of the travelling gear bolt D over the entire breadth. The measured value may not fall below the minimum value listed in the table.

    If the travelling gear bolt is thinner than “D min.” on one side, exchange it for a new one.

    Slide the eyebolt, bush, distance rings and side panel back on.

    Slide the distance rings and washer on like before dismantling.

    Screw on the side panel using a new self-locking nut.
