Danger from falling components! The crane can fall and kill or injure people if it is not correctly attached and lifted. Attachment and lifting should only be carried out by trained persons. |
Lifting tackle |

Place suitable lifting tackle around the main girder and
insert it.
Cover all edges of the
main girder with suitable edge protection.
Adjust the trolley or
lifting tackle in such a way that the main girder hangs straight when it is
lifted.
Secure the trolleys with
clamping buffers so that they do not slip on lifting.
If the profile rails (in which the energy chain is) protrude to the
side, lay wooden beams (wider than the profile rails) over the profile rails so
that they are not damaged on lifting.
Comply with occupational
health and safety requirements.

Lift the underslung
travelling crane.
Rotate the underslung travelling crane in such a way that the direction matches that in the layout plan.
Position the underslung
travelling crane in the hole below the crane track.

Fold up the side panels
(2x) on both sides of the crane track.
Push the side panels with
the wheels onto the crane track lower flange.

Bolt the side panels from
both sides.
Make sure when doing this that the spacer discs sit flush.
