Tare

Only with cranes with load display

 

The load display of the crane can be reset to zero using “Tare”. This allows a differential measurement to be made, e.g. in order not to include the weight of a crosshead.

This function can be opened in the menu or using a direct access button.

 

Menu item “Tare”	Direct access button “Tare”

   Either:

Press the direct access button “Tare” (zero with two arrows).

Or:

Open the main menu with the MENU button,

open the menu “Crane operation”,

open the menu item “Tare”.

   Press and hold the direct access button or ENTER in the menu for about 3 seconds.

●   The display of the suspended load is set to zero.

 

 

To reset the tare:

   Press the direct access button “Tare” (zero with two arrows) or open the menu item “Tare”.

   The display of the slung load shows the original value again.
