Bridging travel limit switch and hoist limiter

Warnung Vorsicht

Danger due to bridged safety functions!

If the travel limit switch and hoist limiter are bridged, the crane (the trolley) no longer stops and brakes at the intended switching points. This could result in dangerous situations where people can be killed or injured.

Only bridge travel limit switch and hoist limiter for repairs or adjustment work. Work with particular caution when using the crane.

"Bypass all travel limit switches and hoist limiters" button

●   The "Movement profile" window appears.

* Press the button "Bypass all travel limit switches and hoist limiters".

●   The button's background lights up green.

●   All travel limit switches (trolley travel limit switches of all trolleys and crane travel limit switches in the form of cross-type limit switches, reflective light barriers as braking function and shut-down) and all hoist limiters (top and bottom hoist limiters of all hoists) as well as the building profile control, are bridged.

●   Crane, trolley and hoist can run/lift at low speed.

●   From program version 1.2.0.7: The message F0064 "All travel limit switches and hoist limiters bridged" is displayed.

●   After 5 minutes, the bridging turns off again automatically.
