The crane should always be operated with an inserted SD card. If the crane was switched off without an SD card, the error message "NoSdCard" is shown. The crane can however be operated temporarily without an SD card.

Log in as user "Abnahme" (commissioning) (user level [2]) in KranOS. See Connecting laptop or tablet computer with ABUControl, page  .

In the start window: Click on the "PLC diagnosis" menu item in the "Settings" menu (gear wheel on yellow background).

●   The "PLC diagnosis" window appears.

Click on the "PLC SD card" menu item in the "Settings" menu (gear wheel on yellow background).

●   The "PLC SD card" window appears.

Select the value "Enable operation without SD card" in the selection field.

Click on the "Write PLC" button.

●   The crane control is enabled.

●   If the emergency stop button is pressed, the error message F0002 "PLC: SD card missing" appears.
