Displaying PLC sequences diagnosis [1] [2]

It can be helpful to see whether the start of the PLC functioned without faults or at what point a fault occurred, for analysing faults or in conversation with ABUS Service.

For this work step, access from a laptop or tablet computer to KranOS is necessary. The user "Abnahme" (commissioning) (user level ‚[2]) or "Service" (user level [1]) must be logged in.

A sequence is a program sequence in the PLC. All individual steps within a sequence are processed one after the other during the start of the PLC.

The PLC is only ready for use once all sequences have been completely processed up to the last step.

─     The last step within a sequence is displayed with a green background: The sequence has been successfully executed right up to the last step.

─     Another step within a sequence is displayed with a green background: The sequence has only been executed up to the step with the green background. A fault has possibly occurred at this step.

The main sequence and the parameter sequence are linked together. The main sequence starts at the first step in the parameter sequence. If the parameter sequence has been processed, the main sequence is further processed from the second step.
